Q: When will I receive my orders during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival?

A: Due to the overwhelming response to the Double Eleven Shopping Festival, we may need a little more time to process and deliver your order. Thank you for your support and understanding.

For orders made between 1-7 Nov, your item will be shipped within 7-10 working days after your order is confirmed.

For orders made between 8-13 Nov, your item will be shipped within 14-21 working days after your order is confirmed.

Q: Do I need to pay a delivery fee for orders placed during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival?

A: For orders over HK$1,000 in value, the delivery fee will be waived. For orders less than HK$1000 in value, the delivery fee will be HK$100.

Please note that if no elevators are available on your premises, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 8 floors only, at the cost of HK$10 per floor. Please pay your delivery fee directly to the delivery staff.

Q: In what areas do you provide delivery service during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival?

A: For Hong Kong, we offer delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, the Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung in Lantau Island, which can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads.

Delivery service is not available to the frontier closed area, all outlying islands (excluding Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung), or to warehouses and premises not accessible by staircase or above the 8th floor without elevator service.

For Macau, we offer delivery service to areas in the city which can be accessed by motor vehicle via paved roads. Delivery service is not available to non-permanent addresses, frontier closed areas, outlying islands, warehouses or premises that are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered via the balcony.

Please note that if no elevators are available on the premises, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 8 floors only at the cost of HK$10 per floor. Please pay your delivery fee directly to the delivery staff.

Q: What are the delivery service hours for orders made during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival?

A: Our delivery service operates from 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

Q: Can I return or exchange items I have purchased during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival?

A: For any special items purchased during the Double Eleven Shopping Festival, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We will also not accept refunds or exchanges if customers change their mind after placing their orders.

However, if customer finds out an item is defective or faulty within 7 days of receiving it, they may provide us a photo as proof. We will rectify the defect or fault or arrange to exchange the item. Exchange requests will be rejected if a remedy is not applicable (for example, the goods have been misused or the defect/damage is not covered by the warranty).
